Great for you! There was probably high end equipment there that would break anyone’s bank. I sometimes look in on the Hoffman forums. I think that’s where I heard about the Sinatra SACD releases. I also have several of the Analogue Productions releases of Nat Cole, which also sound amazing.

S-C, sounds like you’re a dedicated audiophile with an ear for great music and sound quality.

Steve has been a loyal friend since created my US Distributor business and has my website on his homepage.

That photo is from a LA show where I was re-introducing Metronome to the US market. We’re standing in front of the $50k Metronome “Kalista” CD Transport - the DAC was an additional $25k.

The “dry”, unreleased version of Nat’s “Love Is The Thing” with “When I Fall In Love” and Stardust” is absolutely breathtaking. Numerous times Nat’s incredible voice causes audible pops when his breath wave hits the microphone.
