Trump didn’t specifically use the words, “energy indpependence,” but he was quite emphatic about moving forward with pipeline projects and putting coal miners back to work. If not a specific declaration of energy independence, it was certainly momentum in that direction.
When I think energy independence I think of LNG, our liquid gold that will quench the world’s thirst for a clean-burning, environmental-friendly fuel that can be used in power plants and in transportation vehicles.
