New Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez didn't rule out a Hillary Clinton run for the presidency in 2020 on Sunday.
Perez, speaking on ABC, was asked about Clinton's continued political statements in the wake of her 2016 defeat to President Trump, including just before the vote for the new DNC chairman Saturday. He said she can run if she wants.
"Everyone who wants to run should run," he said of the 2020 Democratic primary. "And, I'm confident we're going to have a robust field of candidates."

I fully support the Wicked Witch being the Democratic nomination in 2020. It will lead to a easy landslide victory for President Trump.
“Still way too early but I like what Ive seen out of Trump so far.”
I do too, with some exceptions on which I could be wrong.
You forgot Raul Castro.
I imagine the Democrat convention with either a haggard looking Hillary shuffling to the podium in a walker for her acceptance speech, a wild white haired Bernie brought in a wheelchair or Warren wearing buckskins coming in accompanied by Native American drummers. I would also expect the Democrats would have racially segregated seating at the convention with white delegates occupying folding chairs in a back hall and not being allowed admittance to the convention floor.
Go ahead, Hillary! Run again! Run against Trump again!
MODERATOR: "Mrs. Clinton, if you can hear me, squeeze my hand."
You are bad.
Coffee all over my screen now.
I say she should go for it.
Oh goody more super delegates
Remember what Trump said during the campaign, he said that he would never "telegraph" his actions like Obama did. His constant tweeting (which some feel is silly and un-presidential) and other manufactured controversies are laying down a smokescreen for big things being planned out behind the scenes. The media are being distracted by nonsense for a reason. While they are obsessed over trivial things like the White House Correspondents Dinner and whether or not CNN gets invited to press briefings, big things are happening in the background that are about to shock and awe us all.
That's my opinion.
LoL!! Post of the day.
The Dems really do want a repeat of 1984!
Yes, please!
That’s stupid. How could he rule it out? That’s not his job or his place to do.
“Thats how things looked just before Carter, Clinton, and Obunghole.”
Yes and that’s because of the fact that the Republicans could screw up a wet dream! And they are well on their way to doing it again.
Third time’s the charm! She’s been beaten by a negro with a fake SS# and again by a boisterous buffoon*. She couldn’t win against a ham sandwich.
*their terminologie, not mine.
Finally, the doctor came in looking tired and somber. “I’m
afraid I’m the bearer of bad news,” he said as he surveyed the worried
faces.
“The only hope left for your loved one at this time is a brain transplant.
It’s an experimental procedure, very risky, but it is the only hope.
Insurance will cover the procedure, but you will have to pay
for the BRAIN.
The family members sat silent as they absorbed the news.
After a time, someone asked, “How much will a brain cost?”
The doctor quickly responded, “$5,000 for a Democrat’s brain; $200 for
a Republican’s brain.”
The moment turned awkward. Some of the Democrats actually
had to try not to smile, avoiding eye contact with the Republicans.
A man unable to control his curiosity, finally blurted out
the question everyone wanted to ask, “Why is the Democrat’s
brain so much more than a Republican’s brain?”
The doctor smiled at the childish innocence and explained to
the entire group, “It’s just standard pricing procedure. We
have to price the Republicans’ brains a lot lower because they’re used.”
If she lives that long.
“With regard to the Trump Administration, I believe we are going to see “shock and awe” in the near future.”
From your lips to God’s ear.
