For a brief shining hour, freeing Iraq from Saddam proliferated the concept of freedom across the Middle East.

Iran was destabilised in a good way: there was an opportunity for the country to be liberated, with just a little help from the US.

But Obama betrayed them and consigned the freedom-fighters to toture, rape and death. Iranian freedom has been a distant dream since then.

But with Trump, who knows?

The Iranian dissidents were deliberately thrown under the bus by the Obama Regime. We could have supported the dissidents the same way we supported Solidarnosc in Poland. We publicized the struggles of the Polish dissidents, provided intel and other resources, but we were just the water carriers. It was the Poles’ battle to win, and now they are one of the most pro-western nations. We could have done the same for Iran, but Barack HUSSEIN Obama had other priorities.
