To a rational person, the goals of the org are irrelevent if you are not participating in the advancement of those goals.

You can continue rationalizing the weak willed choices you've made to further your career all you want - but no one is buying your rationalizations other than yourself.

ps. Try using a spell checker. I know spelling, like making moral choices, must be difficult for you.

I haven’t had to make any “weak willed” choices at any time; I’m a self employed professional engineer.
