hmmmm....If they vote for Ellison they keep the Progressives on board, but lose mainstream voters. If they vote for someone reasonable sounding (like that Indiana mayor interviewed on NBC this AM), what then? The Bernie supporters weren't given a fair chance for the nomination, they were abandoned by him at the convention, and they would be kept out of power again.
It's a lose-lose situation they've put themselves in. Oh, darn.
