I agree. It’s time to start prosecuting “judges” and politicians who are aiding and abetting criminals who commit crimes against Americans.According to one numbskull on this thread ICE is to blame...I'm positive other liberal/progressives would agree. It's always someone else's fault.
I'll explain this so even you can understand. Maybe
ICE has two choices --
1) They can merely request a jail to hold a person after they are otherwise free to go. But, federal courts who have considered the issue have (so far) unanimously agreed to hold a person after they are free to go is a Fourth Amendment violation. Plus, counties can be held financially liable for those violations.
2) They can go to a judge & get a warrant to hold the person longer.
When ICE does not do #2, while the jail complies with the Fourth Amendment, then who's fault is it when an illegal immigrant gets out & does something wrong?
