Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) on Tuesday pushed back on protesters at a speech in Kentucky, declaring that "winners make policy and losers go home."
Speaking in Lawrenceburg, Ky., McConnell was met by nearly 1,000 protesters, some of whom chanted "No ban, no wall, Mitch McConnell take our call," the Associated Press reported.
He told local business leaders who attended his speech that the U.S. is an "open country where you can express your points of view as long as you do it peacefully."
"They had their shot in the election. ... But in this country when you win the election you get to make policy. I always remind people, winners make policy and losers go home."

They claimed “dozens” were there, but that is if you count to 2 dozen.

The GOPE in Washington are the epitome of losers even when they stagger into a victory. They don’t act like winners and have that looking over their shoulder, scared crapless look all the time.
The GOPe simply does not play to win. They have a deeply ingrained fear of winning because they don’t really want to lead. They prefer being led around on a leash.
As the old saying goes: “If you’re not at the table, you’re on the menu.” LOL
The GOPe’s raison d’être is snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. It’s what they do and it’s who they are. A bunch of bumbling fools.
