President Trump spoke out Tuesday against anti-Semitic threats, but his words were not enough for the Anne Frank Center for Mutual Respect, whose executive director called the presidents acknowledgment of anti-Semitism a Band-Aid on the cancer of Antisemitism that has infected his own Administration.

I was so sad when I read that recently. I had grieved for Anne since I read it as a child only to find it had never been true.
I remember climbing into the attic in Amsterdam where she supposedly hid. The exposure of the diary fraud, while disillusioning, is all to the good. It’s clear that certain elements are attempting to leverage the contrived story for political advantage.
