A St. Louis congressman filed a federal lawsuit today in the removal of a student painting depicting a police officer with a boar-type head, charging the Architect of the U.S. Capitol Stephen Ayers with suppressing the artist’s First Amendment rights.
So obviously he’s all in favor of the rights of cartoonists to depict the muzzie pedophile prophet anyway they want... right?

Another fascist snowflake loses it. The judge needs to throw this racist, cop-hating maggot and his shyster “lawyers” out of his court.

Would Congresscritter Clay feel the same way about a painting with a depiction of a black person eating a watermelon?...........

Said Congresscritter would probably be the first to cry “racism” and demand it be removed.

I hope it is not beyond their mentality to realize that "censorship" and "sponsorship" are two different issues. The "Sponsorship" thing is, nobody, public or private, has to provide money, a subsidy, a venue, a platform, a display area, "recognition," for a viewpoint with which they disagree.
"Censorship" would mean that the government forbids the publication of the work altogether.
What happened here was not censorship. It was the Architect of the Capitol exercising discretion of sponsorship.

Sadly, the only thing leftists understand is leftist tactics
i.e.) Get an “activist” to slash the thing and throw paint on it.
Declare it grossly offensive.

Can I paint a picture of “Piss Hillary” and have it displayed in the US Congress as part of MY “First Amendment rights”?
To: ColdOne
hang it back up prominently with a large sign stating that this is what the democrats think of LEO’s. publish it in all police journals and magazines. get it out there that this is the mind of the modern democrat.
they’ll be suing to suppress it soon after

Another policeman was killed in Whittier CA yesterday by a gang member who was just released from jail on parole. Before killing the cop, he killed his cousin and stole his car.
As others have said, the painting is offensive and should not be displayed at the capital. This does not infringe on his 1st amendment rights; there are plenty of other places available for display.

If he thought it would get him votes, yes.
He represents Ferguson so this racist anti-cop garbage means votes for him. Fortunately, this nonsense hurts dims nationally.

The Supreme Court ordered California to reduce its prison population. The blood of this officer is on the hands of the black robed tyrants.
