Thanks for the excellent question - as it was what immediately came to m mind to. Isn’t it a fact that a ‘dossier’ is made on every incoming POTUS by the Russians, the Chinese, etc.? The article assume we don’t realize this.

I do wonder what was in the ‘dossier’ on Obama. I suspect if the news media knows, they spiked the story. I also believe that Putin is too smart to think Trump is crazy. Vlad is probably thinking that he is up against another alpha male who will not hesitate to act in support of the USA. The outcome is TOTAL RESPECT.
