All of this is logical—all leaders do this sort of thing. I bet Trump has a folder on Putin as well—how accurate this is—is unknown. Putin might well do something like this—or may have had it leaked in order to get an edge—One thing is known—if someone leaked this to the press in Russia—they would end up with a bullet in their head, in the back seat of their Zil Car. Leaks are not tolerated in Russia—there it is seen as a form of treason to the Motherland.
