What is holding Republicans up? Dump Obamacare and get the hell out of proving medical care. Work with insurance companies to suggest what needs to be offered and support those that comply. Many programs by Republicans have been worked on for years, what the hell is holding them up.

Congress could repeal Obamacare tomorrow and it would have no effect on the first scotus decision that upheld it:

Heartfelt but all too true overview of the end of the best medical system the world had ever known!

Good docs were retiring in the 80’s due to capitation, increased bureaucratic requirements and unjust malpractice lawsuits. We've lost so many highly trained clinicians. And since the 90’s, the best and brightest were warned not to go into medicine.

And so, it will take 20-40 years to get back what we old people once had, if and only if, we do away with the whole anti-free enterprise, IRS operated, American medical bureaucracy.
