It is gonna take some serious investigation and some pressure on weak insiders to get them to squeal. I think that can be done - and is being done.

This is one of the reasons I have always believed that government personnel convicted of felonies should lose all pensions and perks. This is one of the reasons there is so much crap that goes on in DC. No one has anything to lose except waking up every day to fight the traffic.
