All bets are off given such things as voter ID/vote fraud, insecure voting machines etc. I’m not all that sure that Trump did not win NH.

Excellent question.

My view, fwiw, is that the Democratic fraud machine (in certain precincts in large cities in the state) created votes for the federal races but didn't bother to mess with the state races.

This is a clue as to who funds the fraud--they are national in their focus.
