Chelsea is a fool.
That was driven home from the Wikileaks Podesta correspondence.
Remember the guy who wrote Podesta a long, complaining letter about how Chelsea was trying to bring in real, honest people experienced with running foundations, because she thought some of the characters associated with the Foundation were taking advantage of Bill's reputation? The letter went on to detail how carefully the Bill Clinton influence selling organization had been built up over the years, how it had 65 hard working employees, and then concluded by asking, "Who does Chelsea think paid for her wedding or her apartment?"
Chelsea appears to have been so dumb she didn't understand what the family business was!
