FRANKFORT, KY (WCMH) A Kentucky lawmaker has introduced a bill that would require men seeking treatment for erectile dysfunction to jump through several hoops beforehand.
Rep. Mary Lou Marzian (D-Louisville) introduced House Bill 369 on Feb. 12.
The bill would require that a man visit a doctor twice before the doctor can prescribe any drug for erectile dysfunction, be married and get a signed and dated letter of consent from his spouse. The bill also calls for the man to make a sworn statement with his hand on a bible that he will only use a prescription for a drug for erectile dysfunction when having sexual relations with his current spouse.
The bills requirements would apply to medications like Viagra, Cialis, Levitra and Avanafil as well as other treatments and procedures for erectile dysfunction.
So much for women’s argument that it is “their” body.
Certified Government Approved Erection

Discharge by self or any other non-signatory may
result in permanent loss of access to this pharmaceutical.

Would Hillary support this legislation?
Hillary...the place where boners go to die
Reminds me of an old Sam Kinnison comedy routine. He wanted to go out with the guys one night, but his wife wouldn’t let him take his “thing”.
From what I remember of Louisville, the girls put out no problem, and the people were cool.
Obviously not this witch though.
Sounds like the Kentucky legislature is engorged with idiocy.
Would the law cover buying popsicle sticks and duct tape also?? ;-)
Y'all just hold on now.
We need an expert's opinion on this....
$50 to free republic if I win the gamble.
Place your bets people !!
Instead of the marketing names, shouldn't the bill use he chemical compound name? I believe its 'mycoxaphloppin'.
Victoria Secret commercials will still be over the counter though.
This womyn probably practices birth control using only her personality.
But - but- but - what about keeping the government out of the bedroom (so popular with the pro-abortion crowd)????......
Someone needs to pint out that opens the door for a woman to need permission to take birth control or get an abortion....and that it’s un-Constitutional.
ED pills are also used for enlarged prostrates. I just tell my hubby he’s 77, on 3 meds that suppress his ability to function, even with 2 Ed Pills at a time. Comes a point in life some body parts stop functioning even with an ED Pill.
Both parties should pay for their own med, BC or ED pills. Unless the ED pill is for an enlarged prostrate, then that is a medical issue. You only get 6 of them per month.
