Ya don't off him without permission.
Now the Norks will all pay the price, ... starve.
South Korea will have to pick up the tab and will ask for US help. We'll have to wait and see what the new sheriff does.

In this instance, I doubt it. N Korea has very openly dissed China multiple times over the last few years. But terminating a man who was known to be under Beijing’s protection, in such a public and dramatic manner, is an insult that China can’t let pass without losing face. I think North Korea has finally gone too far.

China had use for and plans for Kim Jong Nam Kim Jong Un knew that his replacement was being groomed - thus the assassination. Sad thing is, it might have bought him a few more years on the throne.
