The first order of the day for the new chief is to dismantle the Federal EPA and turn all their funding into a block grant back to each of the states. The current employees shall be offered the opportunity to enlist in the US Marines or US Army Special Forces, and engage in up close and dirty action as to why nations on a wartime footing often overlook certain restrictions on applications or delivery of what has in the recent past been considered “dangerous to the environment”.
There is no environmentally friendly way to fight a war, where the purpose is to make noise, break things, and kill people, none of which they currently advocate. Well, maybe environmentalists do, but with certainly much different methods.
Various posts at FR showed how around half of the EPA’s 8+ Billion dollar budget goes to grants to enviro groups, who in turn sue the EPA and get judges to make case law.
The grants just stopped. Congress must pass law to deny such groups the standing to sue. As for what to do with tyrannical case law, I trust Pruitt has a plan.
