Yeah, is that amazing, just to get on NIPR. The other networks obviously are progressively tougher.

The reason for needing a reliability check on NIPR is that between official sites and email, one will necessarily get access to some personal information which must be protected - getting on SIPR and above takes an active TS clearance with varying degrees of reliability checks - up to lie detector sessions.

When it comes to most areas, NSA is very strict - too bad it seems that the intel agencies seem to think that they get to break some of the rules for political reasons.

True. However if they have access to info not being released to public, the leaks are still an issue. I am former military so I understand security clearances, I had one.

I believe the leaks are and the clearances are two different subjects in this case. Presumably, these persons had no access yet to what’s been leaked.

Of course, but there is a gossip app available to WH staffers, and it has claimed to be safe. It is not, so things tossed around get talked about, and heard! That too is a leak!

If you have anything unclear on application for security, well, denial is inevitable.

It could be that those who are leaking are White House Staffers. Infighting to come out on top can be a motive. I’m sure more than a few staffers were happy to see Flynn go. It’s not one big happy team.
