Yeah, is that amazing, just to get on NIPR. The other networks obviously are progressively tougher.

The reason for needing a reliability check on NIPR is that between official sites and email, one will necessarily get access to some personal information which must be protected - getting on SIPR and above takes an active TS clearance with varying degrees of reliability checks - up to lie detector sessions.

When it comes to most areas, NSA is very strict - too bad it seems that the intel agencies seem to think that they get to break some of the rules for political reasons.
