Yep LOL Whoopi at Fashion Week?? She’s got to be one of the least fashionable celebrities out there. She seems to like a disheveled look as her fashion statement. Its hard to imagine her having any interest in the subject, since she seems to go out of her way to appear as unattractive and poorly dressed as possible.
