Plenty is not a very big number and it is all traceable.

Traceable, yes, but only by people in the same agency who are willing to do it. They are nearly all on the side of protecting the deep state.

That’s the beauty of it: Trump can say to the zeroist holdovers ‘hey, we don’t want or need your data, it’s proven useless for national security, anyway, so why don’t you quit now and try selling your skills elsewhere. I got the best data I need, and it does NOT come from you.’

Then he can call up any enemy’s leader and say ‘OK, we’re gonna work on improving our relationship WITHOUT our intel jerks sabotaging it at every turn.’
