House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA) said Tuesday that those who leaked the contents of former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn’s phone calls “belong in jail.”
“That’s nine leakers that all belong in jail,” Nunes said. “Those nine people broke the law, clearly, by leaking classified information to anybody.”
Nunes said he also wanted to know how U.S. intelligence agencies were wiretapping Flynn’s calls, which he said may also have been illegal.
The chairman said there are only two ways that intelligence agencies can listen in on an American’s phone call — after obtaining a warrant, or inadvertently, such as in the case of Flynn speaking with a foreign official being spied on, which the report suggests was the case.
Nunes said “it’s pretty clear” that there was no warrant.
“It’s pretty clear that’s not the case,” he said. “I’m pretty sure the FBI didn’t have a warrant on Michael Flynn … To listen to an American’s phone call you would have to go to a court, there’d be all that paperwork there. So I’m guessing that doesn’t exist.”

Flynn lied to Pence. He should have been fired anyway. I was really wondering how Pence, an honest stand up Constitution lover, would fare in these situations. Looks like the intel community poked the admin in the eye. If they committed a crime, jail them, strip them of their cushy benefits.
And yet, they cry that Bradley Manning is still in jail.

Further: As these unknown people go down this road paved with bad intensions, for each exposure they reveal Method and Means, the techniques of which are then forever lost, can never be used again, compromised.

He does have the authority to launch an investigation and hold hearings. He has the authority to subpoena witnesses to those hearings, and to hold them in Contempt of Congress if they blow him off.
Let's see some action.
Well charge them, cuff them, and jail them. Have a trial.
This includes Hillary right? She still walks free and President Trump did not make an example of her and you reap what you sow. He promised to prosecute her, did an about face on that promise and now other people say, "what the hell, I can get by with it too".
Prosecute Hillary to the full extent of the law and ALL that were involved and see if you do not get these low level operatives attention.

The issue is the leak of the information, not arguing fault for the existence of the information.
Why promote the firing of a person who wants to enforce the law?

Not necessarily, they may have only leaked transcripts in order to make it look like a mid level bureaucrat/techie to take suspicion off themselves.
