House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA) said Tuesday that those who leaked the contents of former National Security Adviser Michael Flynns phone calls belong in jail.
Thats nine leakers that all belong in jail, Nunes said. Those nine people broke the law, clearly, by leaking classified information to anybody.
Nunes said he also wanted to know how U.S. intelligence agencies were wiretapping Flynns calls, which he said may also have been illegal.
The chairman said there are only two ways that intelligence agencies can listen in on an Americans phone call after obtaining a warrant, or inadvertently, such as in the case of Flynn speaking with a foreign official being spied on, which the report suggests was the case.
Nunes said its pretty clear that there was no warrant.
Its pretty clear thats not the case, he said. Im pretty sure the FBI didnt have a warrant on Michael Flynn
To listen to an Americans phone call you would have to go to a court, thered be all that paperwork there. So Im guessing that doesnt exist.

This article mentions that there are 9 leakers....they need to NAME those 9 Traitors and out them as the traitors they are to America!
Deep State War on Trump bump for later...
Trump has to build a case against them which takes a little time. Once the arrests are made, we’ll get a press conference probably from AG Sessions. I suspect by end of this year, these guys will be rolled up and Trump firmly controlling the info coming out of his White House.
Important. Check out # 15 for link to LameCherry.
There's malice afoot.
Thanks, onyx.
This is where I wonder does FISA come in. Getting arrest warrants from regular DC judges might be impossible.
We want scalps. And Nunes, cut the IC budget 10% until the IC coughs up all guilty parties. A cut like that will cause enormous infighting.
Priebus is a mole, so of course he’ll go last.
Kellyanne should have kept Her mouth shut on Flynn. I’ll cut her some slack, but I was disappointed.

Finally, a Republican speaking up. GO NUNES GO
Anybody protecting the leakers identity seems like fair game too.
One more thing. Attorney General Jeff Sessions has been very quiet going about his business. I would not be surprised to her something from him in the next week or two.
Leaked -
Dec - Flynn Russian call
Jan - Yemen operation
Jan - Calls with foreign leaders
Only transcripts are leaked. It means some mid level bureaucrat/techie is involved who had access to Defense, CIA, State Department. Which means NSA.
Nunes voted for the expansion in 2008.
Of course they would record and collection the data of any Russian government agent that Flynn was corresponding too.
As AG Sessions pointed out, if you don't like the law, repeal it.
Yes, go after the leakers.
Then go after Obama and Clinton.
Bring them down. This will not stop until they are brought to their knees.
If I ever hear Trump say how wonderful they are again I am going to call the White House and blow a gasket.
You are singing my song.
Why???
Wait.... You know there are, specifically 9 leakers?
Name em...
Yes they do. They are in violation of the National Security Act and face year of imprisonment for leaking Classified Material as this information was indeed classified
They (Federal Government Law Enforcement) also need to go after the MSM #fakenews "journalists" who possessed and reported on this classified information. They also violated National Security Act by being in possession of and disseminating this classified information - could face several years imprisonment!!
If any of this can be traced back to Obama or Soros, they need to be arrested, thrown in prison in solitary confinement and tried for treason.
