Congressman Nunes needs to resign. He doesn't understand that Congress itself authorized the NSA to collect and store data on foreigners, governments officials or spies, without the need for a warrant. Obama expanded the use of the NSA in 2011 for such provisions.

Nunes voted for the expansion in 2008.

Of course they would record and collection the data of any Russian government agent that Flynn was corresponding too.

As AG Sessions pointed out, if you don't like the law, repeal it.

Why promote the firing of a person who wants to enforce the law?
