The 40% you cite have one defective MTHFR copy while autistic kids (the 98% I spoke of) have defects on both the 677 and the 1298 copy. As I said, knowing what I do now, my grandson would have been screened for these defective copies (I'd guess it's a $200 dollar blood test) and with a positive result all vaccines would have been refused. Incidentally, 2 years after his one year MMR, his titers were hundreds of times over the normal limits which indicates an under performing methylation cycle.

You might enjoy reading Randy Jirtle’s research on methylation at Duke University back in 2003 using Agouti mice. Using nutrition he increased methylation and suppressed transcription of abnormal DNA and the suppression carried to the offspring.
