You do not have the right to commit civil disobedience and that’s why people get arrested for civil disobedience.

You seem to have a different opinion of our rights than our founders did.

As for the Declaration of Independence, if you attempt to throw off such a government, you are going to be in serious hot water.

Which is why no one signed that heretical document back in July of 1776. Hot water scared them off.

It’s not necessary my opinion, it is the way the courts view Constitutional law.

Again, I would not advise citing the Declaration of Independence to a person who is answering to a charge of Sedition.
