Taxpayer-funded Marshall University in West Virginia is holding a clothing drive for cross-dressing students who are looking to assemble marvelous wardrobes.
The Marshall University Trans Community Clothing Drive is currently underway. It began on Feb. 6 and will end on Feb. 24.
Bins for Marshalls transgender clothing drive are located in the LGBTQ+ office, several campus residence halls and, of course, the womens studies department.

You Freepers wouldn't complain if you knew how much it costs to keep looking fabulous as we go from there to here!
Insanity breeds more insanity.
I've got some flannel shirts and hiking boots for butch (and quite beefy) lesbians.
If you are transgender and you really want
self acceptance, you really want to be “fierce” and proud, try doing it WITHOUT looking like a stereotypical female hooker. Huh? Try wearing jeans and a t shirt. THAT shows real confidence.
Meanwhile West Virginia’s children and poor are fighting a battle against hunger and a lack of basic necessities.
It would be nice Marshall, if you had a coat drive for the children. It’s still not too late to see that they have warm clothes and flannel pjs since many of their homes have had the utilities turned off.
Heat or food, one or the other, not both in many cases.
“LGBTQ+”
That +. Just tack on the rest of the letters of the alphabet and every symbol found on the computer. Even that won’t cover all the wackadoodles.
If this is being run by a student group, fine. They have a right. But if taxpayer funds are being used, then the “Thundering Herd” is a blundering turd.
Even if we don’t dismiss the insanity (though I do), isn’t a “transgender clothing drive”... just a clothing drive?
Or are we talking about particularly ridiculous clothing?
(also, this thread DOES NOT need pics)
I need a pair of light green, size 12 pumps with a slender heel to go with a, simply ravishing, mid calf dress.
Oh, How I wish that I could get up there to West Virginia.
Regards,
Bat
Lessons I’ve learned from progressives: “gender norming” is perfectly acceptable, so long as you don’t belong to the gender indicated by your attire.
It’s an oddly dissonant lesson, though, I’d think they’d regard it as the sartorial equivalent of blackface.
What makes a “clothing drive” different from a “trans-gender clothing drive”
Just the media attention so they can out students?
Goodwill should open a store there since there seems to be a lot of students who are swapping clothes.
Sounds like marketing to me.
EEEWWWWWW!! That’s just creepy! LOL
