The Trump administration is filing paper work for an en banc hearing of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals that initially voted unanimously to keep the temporary restraining order on the president’s executive order on immigration in place.

That he can’t do. The order has to be either nullified at En Banc hearing, or failing that by SCOTUS, or made moot by another EO, this time specifying it doesn’t apply to valid green card and other residence permit holders, and other stuff like thet thar.

Wow. So one can just go “shopping” for the most liberal courts in the nation and suspend any EO they want? WTF? If so, why didn't the GOP do this to harness Obama?
