Wow. So one can just go “shopping” for the most liberal courts in the nation and suspend any EO they want? WTF? If so, why didn't the GOP do this to harness Obama?

There are no activist conservative judges. Being one would dead-end his career.

And there are no law schools from which one can draw lawyers with traditional, originalist legal views.
