Being no stranger to public meltdowns, fan favorite Congresswoman Maxine Waters has a long history of demonstrating that she lacks a filter that is capable of processing whatever it is that takes place between her ears before it comes out of her mouth, and this week was no different. On more than one occasion, Waters made a complete fool of herself, and thankfully her outbursts were caught on camera.
In the article below, The Gateway Pundit provides a transcript, and 38 seconds of video that captured Congresswoman Waters in what has become one of her signature rants on camera. Based on what can be deciphered from her rant, President Trump certainly isn’t very high on the Congresswoman’s list of esteemed colleagues within the Washington beltway, however she seems to have a very difficult time articulating her issues with the President in anything resembling a coherent, or factually accurate manner.
In the video provided by Gateway Pundit, Congresswoman Waters shows her total lack of understanding with regard to how the impeachment process works before a national audience. Apparently she believes a president can be impeached based on lack of popularity. Perhaps if she had ever read the Constitution she swore to uphold she would have known that the list of offenses a president can be impeached for can be found in Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution.
In the first video, Right Wing News video revisits some of Maxine Waters prior public gaffs, and then explains how the impeachment process works under the U.S. Constitution. Once you understand what is required, and how the process works, it only makes anyone calling for President Trump’s impeachment sound ridiculous.

Democratic Congresswoman is doubling down on comments she made on Monday where she called for President Trump’s impeachment and also claimed that Vladimir Putin had invaded Korea.
Appearing on MSNBC on Tuesday, Waters made outrageous and offensive comments about President Trump.
Transcript from her rant on MSNBC:
This is the most outrageous and ridiculous President that this country has ever had. He cannot be depended on for anything that he says and so for them to try to pretend that somehow what i’m saying is outrageous and I’ve been reined in and all of that, there’s no truth to that. As a matter of fact, all that Nancy Pelosi said was that she was not ready to talk about impeachment, I’m ready to talk about it because I do believe that he has shown us enough and defined himself in ways that we have to be suspicious and concerned about him and we’ve got to dig deeper.
Sorry, Maxine. You can’t impeach a president because you don’t like him. It doesn’t work that way.

The sad thing is, Maxine Waters will have no problem getting re-elected.
She is not the problem. Her constituency is.
I started counting Obamas blatant acts of treason back in 2009. I quit last year when I got to 25 because what is the difference? If I counted up to 100 nobody would do anything about it like Maxine. I don’t recall Maxine calling for Obamas impeachment. Financing terror via Iran? Oh that’s perfectly fine. Releasing 5 Taliban commanders for a defector to the enemy and then treating him like a hero? Oh perfectly fine. Releasing the enemy from Gitmo to attack the US once again? Perfectly fine. Trying to get the architect of 911 Khalid Sheik Mohammed tried as a civilian so the case is thrown out? Perfectly fine. Assisting terror groups in taking over countries? Perfectly fine. Sitting back as they killed 4 Americans in Benghazi with weapons he provided? Perfectly fine. On and on and on and on and on...No calls for impeachment. But the guy who’s been in office only 3 weeks and wants a secure border and wants to prevent terror attacks, OH yes, HE must be impeached. WHO are the absolute asstards who voted this psycho of a woman into office? Seriously, this woman should be committed to the nearest mental hospital.
What do you have against idiots, Homer. Calling Maxine an idiot is an insult to idiots World wide. Plus it raises her I.Q. around 600 points, all the way up to zero.
A wise person once told me:
You can’t expect “not crazy” from “crazy”.
She’s getting paid to say these things. It’s like when football players used to rush the camera after the Super Bowl so they could yell “I’m going to Disney World”.
She gets cash every time she mentions Trump and impeachment. I doubt 10% of her constituents even know what impeachment is.

She probably paid nothing out of her pocket. The taxpayers, however, probably got soaked for it. It would not surprise me if it was not more the average working person earned in a year.

Heck, Maxine does not anything about anything. You could take Maxine to a place on the floor, ask her to sit down, draw a circle around her, instruct her to get up and walk out of the circle. She would not know how to do that.
Okay, Trump needs to propose a new constitutional amendment, which would be the 28th, that requires every congressman take an IQ test upon his election. The amendment would state that an IQ less than 120 automatically disqualified a person from holding a seat in the House or Senate. Although I’m certain an amendment requiring an IQ > 60 would disqualify Waters! C’mon, we don’t need dummies in Congress.
Maxine has enriched her family with her position. During the financial crisis she directed millions of bailout money to a failing bank of which she and her husband owned shares, and then she was put on the financial services committee.
