True, this is just aspirational now but the left is dead serious about removing Trump through impeachment.
The key is to knock Trump's approval rating to below 35%; then below 30%; then to below . . . some magic number - say 25%. At the magic number all the establishment RINO’s join with all 48 of the Dem senators and impeachment is not only possible, it is essential.
Remember, impeachment is not so much a legal tool as it is a political tool. You can probably count on one hand the number of Republican senators that would risk their careers to keep Trump in office if the public mood turns toxic for Trump.
Bill Clinton committed several provable crimes but he walked because many Republicans - and all the Dem senators - couldn't/wouldn't/didn't want to buck public opinion polls.
