morning all.. I was up late last night reading my latest Baldacci book (Puller series).
This breakfast plate was similar to the one I made my mom her last Valentines day(she died the following Oct). For various holidays I always made shaped and colored pancakes (christmas tree - yes GREEN pancakes) etc. She liked either link sausage or bacon. Fresh fruit always. sometimes a side of flavored yogurt.
