My guess is It is giving DJT nothing more than time to get Gorsuch on the bench. Or Someone knows something about the leftist plan to undermine/ coup the administration/constitution and doesn’t agree. Or legal mind games

They said earlier on FBN that there is a hearing tonight at 6 (I’m assuming Pacific). 11 judges will be chosen “at random” out of the 29 regular and 10 senior/retired judges.
It was thought that perhaps Trump needs to get through this appeal before it can go to the SC. Gorsuch won’t even have a hearing until late March (based on Ray’s chart) - not sure why they have to wait that long. I’ve heard that the cases will start being heard on SCOTUS around mid-April - he needs to get on the court by then otherwise any 4-4 decisions will revert to the decision by the appeals court that originally ruled.
Thanks, our President is moving quickly and so much is happening there’s a lot to make comments on. If he was someone who did nothing all these situations wouldn’t be happening. We’re suppose to forget our former President telling the head of a government after his election he would make him a good deal! I see four years of this kind of garbage.

My fear is that the 9th Circuit is going for a unanimous opinion against Trump with an 11 judge panel.
