They said earlier on FBN that there is a hearing tonight at 6 (I’m assuming Pacific). 11 judges will be chosen “at random” out of the 29 regular and 10 senior/retired judges.
It was thought that perhaps Trump needs to get through this appeal before it can go to the SC. Gorsuch won’t even have a hearing until late March (based on Ray’s chart) - not sure why they have to wait that long. I’ve heard that the cases will start being heard on SCOTUS around mid-April - he needs to get on the court by then otherwise any 4-4 decisions will revert to the decision by the appeals court that originally ruled.
