I was tiny until 40. Only time I was over 100# was when son was born.
Almost too thin Then the soy intolerance hit. (Eating non fats).
I should lose 40-50 now but I feel healthy

I figure if I had little feet, I’d fall over more. I don’t have good balance even with my boat feet!

How did a soy intolerance make you gain weight? Is soy in lots of things? It’s not something I’ve ever thought about...

I’m on a quest to fit back into the clothes I wore in my 30’s. The size anyway! That’s 25 years ago! I could lose 50 but 35-40 would make me happy. My knees are starting to hurt and I don’t want to be like many of my older friends that can’t walk very far or do stairs.
