That must be why you have little feet - not much to support!

I figure if I had little feet, I’d fall over more. I don’t have good balance even with my boat feet!

How did a soy intolerance make you gain weight? Is soy in lots of things? It’s not something I’ve ever thought about...

I’m on a quest to fit back into the clothes I wore in my 30’s. The size anyway! That’s 25 years ago! I could lose 50 but 35-40 would make me happy. My knees are starting to hurt and I don’t want to be like many of my older friends that can’t walk very far or do stairs.

I am now built just like my mother. But the small hands and feet came from my father. Moms feet were larger than his. Soy causes me to have extreme diarriah My body stated storing food because I wasnt getting the nutrients At least that’s what one DR thinks.
It may have also been connected to thyroid and the pituitary tumor (another MRI scheduled on Wednesday (yearly exam to measure the growth)

yup.. appearance is one thing re: extra weight but the real culprit is the issues of back, knee and hip problems. My cousin an orthopedic surgeon has mentioned to me that most of his patients that needed surgery could have avoided it by keeping their weight in a reasonable range over the years. The years of pressure of the three areas is pretty much irreversible.

Im 5’8” and have a size 8 shoe. Weight has been between 115-145 my whole life. The more sedentary times result in the higher range. Since my pups died I haven’t done as much physically. Most of that is psychological I know. Going out and doing the things w/o them has been really painful

RE: Trudeau. I am sure the DJT will treat him graciously and will be firm. He will also listen and hope to find some common ground to build on. I think the prime minister will be very sorry if he leaves DC and trashes DJT
