There have been several comments that Don Jr. is alot like our President in personality whereas Eric and Barron are more sensitive in feelings. It would make me think that Don Junior has leaned the Art of delegating to very skilled people giving him family time. Eric is more of a hands on personality it seems. There's a 6 year difference in age and Eric is perhaps adding more to his responsibilies.

I was reminded that Don Jr once said they only had interactions with their dad in work settings. He wasn’t the kind of dad that played with them but showed his love by including them in his life.
Our President is a workaholic (thank God).

Perhaps Jr is trying to give his kids a bit of what he missed out on.

I didn’t mean it as a criticism, just observation. And of course, Eric doesn’t have kids yet.
