These groups do niot want equalrights. They want special rights as a protected class. This way, they will be free to sue if anyone does not give them their special deals.

There have probably been cross dressers using the opposite bathroom for their sex, but they were very quiet about it and used the stalls. They also didn't even try to use the opposite sex's shower/locker rooms.
