Here I go*******My husband and son both work for Humana. LOL I called my husband an hour ago to tell him what I had heard and asked if he had heard anything at work. He hadn't heard about the news on Unitedhealthcare.

The falling through of Aetna not buying Humana has probably given my family life. LOL So asking me a Unitedhealthcare question is edgy to say the least. LOL

A couple years ago for several years our deductible was around $6,500. And that was because of me being on his insurance with my bone problem and not taking my works insurance. Humana was much better insurance and it also saved my life ten years ago. I wouldn't put anything past a Co-Pay amount.

Yes, I understand that a deductible could be in the thousands of $$$$$ but not a co-pay.

This was an error as my co-pay is $15 for primary care, $30 for specialist.

I remember hearing a few weeks or so ago when the press was saying there was going to be an EO or something on X and they had seen a draft it was brought out that it was totally untrue. Apparently, there were a lot of drafts on many various issues that were circulated during the transition. There was nothing official about any of them, was what I would call “food for thought”, yet, the press got a hold of one or more and insisted it was the real deal and was going to happen, which it didn’t (I forget what the specific paper/issue was).
