Actually, I appreciate their candor. Saves me much valuable time (and other things).

So just what kinda life form is she gonna rent it to? Droids only? Molten rock people?
I have no real objection to people specifying as much as they want in an ad for potential roommates. It saves the trouble of having to probe in an interview and get rid of people for disguised reasons.
As far as I'm concerned, a homeowner should have absolute veto power over anyone who wants to rent a room. In the case of a sublease, the homeowner can demand that the original terms of the lease be honored, but beyond that, as long as the primary tenants are paying on time, they should be able to be picky about their roommates.
Note that each of the situations described in the story involved a rooommate or a spare room situation. We are talking here about people these tenants are going to live with. They're within their rights to be selective, even if they play for the wrong team.
Fair warning is appreciated, so as not to waste time.
This is the first time I heard that anyone in DC voted for Trump.
I wonder if these are legit ads. Some of these folks are inviting trouble....and, not for being anti-Trump...just the type of roommate/roommate situations they’re seeking. Scary.
They are so hypocritical.
Look at those restrictions listed (not just Trump supporter but all kinds of things.
Yet, if someone put, for example: no illegal aliens, or no Muslims or blond hair people only .... they’d go crazy.
Yes, freedom of association is only ok for some people, note one more situational ethics from the left.
To tell you the truth, these are housemate listings and I wouldn’t want to live with a leftist.
I think that it makes sense not to live with the enemy
