Didn’t “jazzing” use to have a different sexual connotation about 100 years ago (just as rock and roll did)?

Yes, it did have that meaning just about 100 years ago, according to my late mother (b. 1912). I remember that, after I was well into adulthood, she told me that it took her a long time to be able to use the term “jazz” for music because her first acquaintance with the work “jazz” was as a verb not to be heard in polite company.
