Trump would have had this list all along. I vaguely wondered whether he deliberately let a not-skilled lawyer argue for his EO. The 9th Circus should then have been forced to look at the existing law and not on anything put forward by the government’s lawyer.
Being totally incompetent lefties, though, the 9th just smirked to themselves that they had had the better argument and thus ruled against Trump.
These clowns of the court will probably be whining, “No one told us this information. Unfair! Unfair!”

When I read this article, that was one of the first things I thought of...a trap...
Lets say it was a trap...sure has proven how stupid these Judges are, maybe that is why they get overturned so much...
