I've been hoping and advocating for such a scenario since the day after election. That its the ninth circuit is a gift. When the next terror attack happens this is all on the judiciary. If the left is in a panic now just wait till the other two branchs and the people put the slap down on the judges.

Until Judges return to ruling on the law and not make it they will now be subject to the same intense level of coverage, criticism, social media fodder, and level of respect due any politician
