The British government has pulled the plug on a planned address by President Trump to the joint Houses of Parliament during a state visit, according to a report.
Commons Speaker John Bercow this week said Trump should not be allowed to address Parliament because of his immigration ban, as well as the UKs opposition to racism and to sexism.
Trumps controversial visit is expected to take place in late summer or early autumn with officials trying to avoid a formal snub by making sure he is not in London when Parliament is sitting, the Guardian reported.

Yes but much has changed in the story.

You’re damned right HL! Forgetaboutit Effing NOT so Great Britain!
Gee, I don't remember there ever being a British Prime Minister of color. Who are the racists?
Donald wants to make Britain a major trading partner and bring back the closeness that once existed between the two countries. It will be difficult to do with those left-headed politicians.
Muslims already have too much of a hold in England and may have gone beyond the point of return.
:(
Reschedule a visit after the pedophilia rings are excised from the British political class. They are dirty, compromised and easily manipulated. Not really a legitimate group for the conduct of diplomacy or commerce.
“much has changed in the story”
Thanks for the link.
It will be interesting to see if there is a vote and what the result will be.
Parliment is too small. Trump needs Wimbledon Stadium.
Maybe the bust goes back??
They have reached a point of no return in England. And the United States is rapidly approaching the point of no return. The Democrat Party, the main stream media, and the educational system did their jobs well. We can still be brought back from the brink, but it will take blood, sweat, and toil. Donald is trying to save us and look at the grief he is getting.
If not already there, crossed my mind today with the news of immigration riots.
Go Trump!
I think their more fear of what he might say to tip boat.
No.
He should give a rally. Thousands of would show up to hear him speak. The British press and elite leadership would fume with anger! Parliament and the UK media may not like him but undoubtedly there's plenty of regular Joes who voted for Brexit and were happy to see him win election.
Keep in mind, the same anger at the ruling class that propelled Trump to victory over here exists over there as well.
There’s plenty of us down here in Oz that admire Trump and are thankfull that the brakes are being slammed on the slide into the sewer.Though to hear our MSM you’d never think it.
Turning their back on TRUMP is turning their back on
AMERICA as far as I go. :o(
So, the people voted for Brexit right?
But the courts I think said that the MP’s needed to vote on it.
The measure passed with overwhelming majority....
We need to be careful not to believe everything we see here or anywhere. Trust but verify? No! Distrust, verify, trust...
People in Europe are far more tired of Socialism than we are being led to believe.
No. Sir Winston Churchill is going to get whiplash from
all the jerking around. (Also, HE was a realist when it
came to the Mohammedans as well as trying to tell them
about Adolph Hitler.)
I really, really like that idea. But I'm concerned that the uniparty over there would be unable/unwilling to provide proper security. And we still don't know, BTW, if Whitehall had a hand in the dirty dossier. I think Trump should just cancel the visit for now.
Britain has already felt the effect of having muslims on their territory. Remember the train station bombing? the savage who sliced a neck in broad daylight?
There will be more, yet they are bringing in more muzzies. Banning Trump and Spencer won’t stop the attacks.
