What Donald should do is drop or rescind, whichever he has to do, this Executive Order. This will remove the influence of the Courts. Get his Supreme Court nominee confirmed and sworn in. Then issue a new Executive Order. It is called getting your ducks in a row. Now, he doesn’t need the Executive Order. His Attorney General can enforce law violations, including Immigration Law violations.
Not a half bad plan...combined with using the cudgel of federal money - stopping it from being spent for certain purposes (such as refugee resettlement).
