Obama sent the refugees to small towns in red states. They complained. So, Trump should show compassion by putting them in The Presidio, in Beverly Hills, in Chappaqua, and other wealthy liberal hotbeds where they will be welcomed with open arms.
It was a set up from the start. Washington Governor Insee and Attorney General Ferguson had Judge Robart and the Ninth Circus in the plan. It was a conspiracy for a treasonous act. I hope the Trump Team will act on this crime against the American people.
I have to agree with you that this will win President Trump more support. More people are seeing what an injustice this is and what they are up against. President Trump is certainly taking names and making a LONG LIST of what needs corrected to MAGA. We can bet this stranglehold of corrupt courts is on the agenda now.

This is the part that infuriates me because they are deliberately infringing on the executive branch and acting as if they are supreme rulers as the law cannot be any more clear. Why Trump hasn’t just ignored this is the question because they have no legal standing and should be impeached!

How a circuit court can stop the President from a legally issued Executive Order dealing with immigration....that the executive branch has full authority over is beyond me.
If they win this battle then in the future we will be able to use it against them. Win-Win.

There is no going back on this now. If I were Trump, I’d have Attorney General Sessions visit Justice Kennedy tonight, carrying with him Top Secret classified briefing information regarding the risks to the US presented by terrorists currently living in the seven countries affected by Trump’s order. I would present evidence that actors in those areas may indeed be attempting to manufacture “dirty bombs” which could be transported in a suit case via airline travel.
I would then ask Kennedy for an emergency SCOTUS hearing and ruling on Judge Robart’s block on Trump’s foreign policy order. We cannot allow the precedent to be set that a President’s foreign policy decisions can be abruptly abrogated by a Federal District court on the basis that it may “harm” any particular state. Any action taken by a President could be construed by any particular state to “harm” said state. If this is allowed to stand, the result will inevitably be that the President will have to sit around vainly trying to figure out a way to conduct foreign policy in such a way as to avoid any state from abrogating orders and/or actions by claiming “harm”. Are all future Presidents now going to have to pre-clear foreign policy orders with Judge Robart in Seattle before making any decisions? This is an absurd situation.
