The ruling by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is out, and it has found against the Trump Administration, choosing to uphold the nationwide restraining order against Trump's immigration action.

You cannot vet refugees from failed states. This is a no brainer.
If anyone and I mean ANYONE expected the 9th Circus to do anything otherwise is a complete fool.
There was no doubt this is what was going to happen, it was preordained and to feign outrage is just ridiculous.
We’ve know for decades that this was the circuit court most overturned by the USSC and this is yet another example of it.
I have no idea what can legally be done do cleanse the circuit courts short of multiple impeachments.

Who will own the next terror attack. Of course, it will depend on the specific circumstances but the 9th Circuit and the Democrats in general are leaving themselves wide open. They have stripped Trump of much of his ability to ensure the safety of Americans.
This is what Mr. Trump should have ordered in the first place. It would have taken longer to slow the influx, but it would have been untouchable. He should do it now.

True. AGREED. i just thought that the 9C judges would see the light in this one case given how clear the law is on the subject. But alas, the judges are and will now continue...to be perceived as one of America’s most communistic ideological leftist unfair courts. Even more so now, of course, as the court has brought the greatest possible disrespect and disdain to itself now...that I have witnessed in my lifetime.

Meanwhile, Trump should issue a directive ordering stronger vetting ASAP. Don’t approve Visas unless a person’s identity can be confirmed. There has to be a way to work around this thing.

The judge in Washington state ignored the law, as did the 9th circuit, and inserted his own opinion.
The only thing that will pass muster is something that agrees with them.
This ruling will only strengthen Trump voters.
