Yes. However, Trump knew that the next step would be the 9th district Judges. So then, those Judges are aware of the public snarky comments about a sitting Judge.

Prez can have one of his communications people express displeasure with the elements of the argument, rather than impugning the character of the judge (even if the judge is an idiot). i agree with what Prez said - but don’t think it was good strategy - 4 - 8 years can be a lonnnnnnnnnng time. just sayin’
Who cares what Obama had to say, there is no comparison between Trump and Obama when it comes to motives. That judge needed to be called out for his stupid ruling.
Apples and oranges. If a conservative judge legislated from the bench to overturn written and properly constitutional law, I’d have no problem with Ebola calling him out.
That’s not Citizens United.
